1. Eligibility and Account Security
   By creating an account or checking out as a guest, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. 
2. Market Volatility, Order Adjustments, and Cancellations
   The trading card game market experiences rapid and unpredictable price fluctuations. To protect our small business from exploitation, market manipulation, or software errors, we enforce the following strict guidelines: 

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at any time for any reason, including orders that have already been confirmed or charged to your credit card. If your order is canceled after payment processing, a full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method. 
• Pricing and Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect stock availability due to a technical glitch, data sync delay, or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item. 
• Order Splitting and Limits: To ensure fair distribution to genuine players and collectors, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. Orders suspected of being placed by automated software ("inventory bots") or commercial distributors will be canceled without warning. 

1. Payment Terms and Fraud Prevention 

• Authorized Transactions: By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment vehicle. 
• Anti-Fraud Screening: All orders are subject to strict anti-fraud verification. If our payment gateway flags a transaction as high-risk, or if your billing address does not match your shipping address, we reserve the right to hold the shipment, request additional identity verification, or cancel the transaction entirely. 
• Chargeback Abuse: Falsely filing a credit card chargeback (e.g., claiming an item was not delivered when tracking shows otherwise, or disputing a pre-order transaction) is considered a violation of these Terms. We will aggressively defend against fraudulent chargebacks using our published policies, and any customer who files an abusive chargeback will be permanently banned from our physical storefront, website, and future events. 

1. Prohibited Conduct and System Integrity
   You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the operations of Treasure Trove Collectibles. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: 

• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to buy products, monitor prices, or extract website data. 
• Attempting to bypass web security features, manipulate inventory counts, or flood our servers with traffic. 
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our store staff, either online or inside our physical storefront in Plant City. 

1. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Treasure Trove Collectibles, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or your unauthorized use of this Site. 
2. Modifications to Terms
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or our storefront services following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
