   Treasure Trove Collectibles is an independent secondary-market retailer of collectible trading cards and gaming accessories. 

• No Official Affiliation: We are not an authorized distributor, partner, or representative of, nor are we officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Pokémon (The Pokémon Company International), Wizards of the Coast (Magic: The Gathering), Bushiroad, Bandai, or any other trademarked Trading Card Game manufacturer. 
• Trademark Ownership: All product names, logos, card designs, art, and brands displayed on this site are the sole property of their respective trademark holders. Their use on this website is strictly for identification and descriptive purposes under the First Sale Doctrine. 

1. Product Authenticity and Secondary Market Condition Standards 

• Authenticity Guarantee: We certify that all single cards and sealed products sold through our store are 100% authentic and have been verified by our internal grading and verification staff. 
• Singles Condition Interpretation: Individual cards sold on our site are graded using standard secondary market criteria (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.). Condition assessments are subjective opinions provided in good faith. We do not guarantee that our internal condition assessments will match the results of third-party grading corporations (such as PSA, BGS, or CGC). 
• Sealed Product "Pull Rates": Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, and specialty boxes are sold exactly as provided by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific, rare, or high-value cards. Pull rates and card distribution within sealed products are determined entirely by the manufacturer; we maintain zero control over the content of sealed foil packaging. 

1. "As-Is" Website and Pricing Error Disclaimer 

• Erroneous Pricing & Stock: All items are subject to live inventory availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate data, typographical errors, system synchronization delays, or sudden market fluctuations may result in inaccurate pricing or stock counts. We reserve the absolute right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order that contains an obvious pricing or inventory error. 
• General Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treasure Trove Collectibles provides this Site and its e-commerce services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Site.

   This legal notice, our operations, and all commercial transactions originating from our Plant City storefront or online site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims must be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
