Trading card games

We do not accept returns on trading card games. This includes sealed products and singles. Sealed trading card products cannot be returned after opening. Packaging that is damaged, dented, torn, or otherwise imperfect is not eligible for a return or partial refund, including when the packaging condition is a result of handling, storage, or manufacture.

If we send an incorrect item because of our mistake, contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and a return label when appropriate.

Supplies

Unopened supplies such as sleeves, binders, and deck boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 10% fee applies based on the order total, including tax and shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping cost is not refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

How to request an eligible return

Email us at Info@TreasureTroveCards.com with your order number and reason for the request before sending a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued after inspection of an eligible return.
