Shipping

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address.

Pre-orders and pre-release products

Pre-orders for upcoming trading card game sets and special products ship after the official manufacturer release date. Manufacturer delays or allocation changes may affect fulfillment timing; when this happens, orders are fulfilled in chronological order as inventory is received.

Final sale and returns

Trading card games, including singles and sealed products, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Eligible unopened supplies such as sleeves, binders, and deck boxes may be returned within 7 days under our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy for the complete return conditions.
